NoShift Needed™ is a clever little program written with SEVERAL people in mind. Say you only have one hand, arm, toe, or other handicap (WHATEVER) to type with. It's for you. Or maybe your just LAZY. It's for you too! It's also for you if you type a lot of email addresses@WHEREVER. It's for you. If you have a habit of putting a lot of things in (parentheses). It's for you. If you like to write in shorthand & you use % 's a lot. It's for you. It's for you if your into $$$, or #'s or if you end a lot of things with this! And lastly, if your into + 's and _ 's it's for you also.
So what is it?? READ the NAME again!! You can type the entire top numerical row and instead of123456789 - = you get: ! @ # $ % ^ & * ( ) _ + which are a lot more useful keys and when you need the numbers 1234567890 simply use the numeric key pad on the right side of the keyboard. Everything above in GREEN has been made WITHOUT stopping to hold down the shift key!

REQUIREMENTS: NoShift Needed™ works with any Mac running systems 7, or 8. System 7 has a "Hidden" feature that will allow you to change the keyboard layout by using the ENCLOSED FREEWARE program Keyboard Menu v.1.0.0 by Christoph Schaffhauser. Please adhere to Chris's wish regarding "FUN"ware. Simply opt. click and drag NoShift Needed™ to your CLOSED system SUITCASE that is INSIDE your SYSTEM folder. Then OPEN Keyboard Menu 1.0.0 and click the ACTIVATE button. REBOOT to use your NEW feature. After booting you will have a U.S. flag between your clock and the FINDER icon on the right side of the MENUBAR. Click on flag and select NoShift Needed™. Your now set. The top numeric row will display the UPPER charecter's without holding down the SHIFT KEY. At any time you may select the U.S. ONLY keyboard to revert back, although by using the keys on the numbers KEYPAD you shouldn't need to. **SPECIAL NOTE TO APPLE LANGUAGE KIT USER'S You should have a keyboard control panel with various keyboard layouts. If you have a American flag on the right side of menubar or that control panel you do not need the Keyboard Menu v.1.0.0. Just put NoShift™ into your System SUITCASE and RE-boot.
